Your Workspace Just Got Smarter (And More Flexible)

You asked. We listened. We built.

We've rolled out some major improvements to how you work with Oppy. No fluff, no buzzwords—just the stuff that makes your day easier.

Drag. Drop. Done.

Remember wrestling with tiny panels that felt locked in place? Those days are over.

Now you can resize your split views by clicking and dragging. Want more space for your conversation history? Pull it wider. Need a better look at your contact details? Stretch that panel. The workspace finally adapts to how you actually work, not the other way around.

We also rounded those panels because, honestly, they look better. But more importantly, they're easier to grab and resize when you're moving fast.

Boards: Your New Command Center

Here's the thing about leads: they're not all created equal. You know it. Your team knows it. Now Oppy knows it too.

We added a Boards tab with kanban-style boards and lists. Think of it as your visual command center for keeping track of where every lead stands.

Setting up a board to track lead quality? Easy. Want to categorize conversations by urgency, interest level, or deal stage? Done. You and your Oppy assistants can collaborate on these boards together, moving leads through your process as they progress.

One of our favorite use cases? A board dedicated to lead quality assessment—so your team can instantly see which conversations deserve immediate attention and which ones need more nurturing.

Talk It Out

Inside those conversation dialogs on your boards, you'll now see call functionality built right in. No more jumping between platforms when you need to pick up the phone. It's all there, ready when you are.

Filter Smarter, Not Harder

Your Contacts tab got a serious upgrade. Look for the Filters icon in the top-right corner, click it, and you'll find a whole menu of filtering options.

The newest addition? Tag filtering. You've been creating custom tags to organize your contacts your way. Now you can filter by those tags to handle bulk operations on exactly the groups you need.

Need to update all your "Hot Leads" at once? Filter by that tag. Want to see only your "Q1 Follow-ups"? One click. It's the kind of time-saver that compounds throughout your week.

You can also edit tags inline now. No more navigating away from your workflow just to update a tag. See it, click it, change it, keep moving.

See Who's Who (When It Matters)

If you're running Follow Up Boss integration, you'll notice something new: FUB user icons now appear next to contacts that came through that integration.

It's a small detail with a big payoff—instant visual confirmation of where a contact originated. No more guessing. No more checking twice. Just clarity.

API Access: Build What You Need

Here's the big one for tech-forward teams: our API is now open to all Oppy users.

Head to your user profile page, click the API Keys tab, and grab your key. That's it. No approval process. No waiting. No forms to fill out.

What does this mean for you? Complete control over how Oppy fits into your tech stack. Connect us to your proprietary CRM. Sync data with your internal tools. Build custom workflows that match exactly how your brokerage operates.

Your developers get the keys. You get the kingdom.

The Bottom Line

These aren't just features. They're fixes for the friction points you told us about.

Resizable panels mean you work the way you want to work. Boards keep your pipeline visible and organized. Tag filtering turns bulk operations from a headache into a non-issue. And those little FUB icons? They're the kind of polish that saves you from second-guessing yourself.

We're building Oppy to fit your workflow, not force you into ours. These updates are proof of that. And we're just getting started.

Got feedback on these updates? Questions about how to make the most of them? Your account includes support from actual humans who know this platform inside and out. Use us.

Now get back to closing deals. Oppy's got the rest.
